We coordinated with the operator of a private 250 bed nursing home to perform a roof replacement over the occupied facility in the dead of winter. We provided one of our customers, 7 men and equipment on an emergency basis to remove rain soaked snow overnight to prevent a total building collapse in Pennsylvania.

We scheduled our crews around lane closures for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority to provide a complicated repair and metal installation on a Toll Plaza.

We saved the lease on a 30,000 foot call center by installing a Kelly System retrofit EPDM roof, in lieu of tearing off the existing roof, over the tenant occupied space.
